My mom used to joke I was born to be a photographer because I have the best angle on people since I am 6 feet tall. You know what, she turned out to be right! I have always been a creative at heart – coupling that with my extroverted ways and love of people – photography is the perfect career for me.

People often ask me how I developed my style, and how I create images that stand out in today’s highly competitive wedding market. Well, I am a fine art wedding photographer. My approach applies fine art photography to the living, breathing, fast-moving phenomenon that is a wedding. For me, it is all about making something beautiful. Ultimately, my goal is to craft vibrant, energetic, fine art images that are as unique as the people in the photographs.

Growing up I always had a creative mind. I felt drawn to the camera but never knew why, or that one day it would become one of my main purposes in life. It wasn’t until I was starting to pursue my teaching credential, after graduating from UC Irvine that I realized I had to follow my heart and pursue my dream of being a wedding photographer. I took a leap of faith, began my business in 2012 and can honestly say that I have never looked back. I would describe my style as delicate, romantic, elegant, but most importantly – timeless. Film is my choice of medium because of just that. It is absolutely timeless, and that is what I want for my clients. After years of dating, I married my high school sweetheart, Jared. Being married myself and having planned a wedding definitely helps me connect with my couples on a deeper level. I know firsthand how special a wedding day is and all the emotion that comes with it. I can honestly say that I value the relationships I create with my clients. From our first email exchange to sending off your wedding collection, I am fully here for you.
