Nicole and Leo’s colorful Santa Barbara wedding at the beautiful Belmond El Encanto Resort was out of a dream. This 5 star hotel and its gorgeous grounds include wisteria growing along its walkways and romantic bungalows with hardwood floors, fireplaces and private patios are the stuff of Golden Age getaways. Nicole had a bungalow adjacent to Leo’s and it made for the perfect set up to get ready with a view of the Pacific. Florals by Cody did a phenomenal job designing vibrant arrangements with peonies, ranunculus and dahlias.
The couple traveled in from Colorado and said I Do at the historic Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. The bride and groom had a 10 year love story leading up to their wedding day, and it was apparent that both families were comfortable with each other to celebrate making it official. Leo looked so chic and Nicole was a total knockout in her both of her gowns.
The reception was on the grand terrace with a 180 degree view of the California coast. Thoughtful speeches, a gourmet meal, special reserve wine and a high energy dance party made for a memorable party. I greatly admire their love story and wish them all the best as they welcome a sweet baby girl this year!
